• Extensive commercial scratch cooking experience and kitchen management skills with at least 3 years experience
• Highly organized and be able to positively coach and/or work with other team members.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Possess a valid Food Handling Certificate or scheduled to take the course within the next month.
• Ability to pass a clear Criminal Record Search & Child Abuse Registry Check
• Food Service experience is a PLUS but not required.
• Teachable and highly organized and be able to positively coach and/or work with other team members.
• Excellent customer handling skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment
